A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a writing table in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Clean bathroom, superbly friendly and excellent staff. Great location in the area where I was to be working, heated pool.

I was happy with hotel's comfy location in Stevens Point area. Venue’s breakfast was good with waffles and oatmeal, as example and could satisfy any taste. The services were friendly. Have stayed here before now and I would stay here again. This is surely the best brand-new hotel, attentive staff, perfect rooms. The breakfast with a bagged meal, a bagged option plus oatmeal is good for what is offered.

I recently stayed at Best Western for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options, which were constantly replenished. The surprise upgrade to a family suite was a pleasant bonus, with separate sleeping areas. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants. it was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was favourable and marvellous, really close to Plover for a funeral as well as 2 separate sleeping areas. The room I got was upgraded with a nice bathroom, the shower, a pull out sofa bed. The breakfast was satisfactory with oatmeal and a bagged option and waffles to choose from.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room, pool/hot tub, and common areas were outstanding, with scores of 92/100, 95/100. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist and even going the extra mile to meet our needs. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect for my formal event in Stevens Point and also convenient for my work in the area. The rooms were well-equipped with nice bathrooms and even had a pull-out sofa bed, adding to the overall comfort. Additionally, although breakfast was not served in the usual manner, it was still available as a bagged option, ensuring a convenient start to the day.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.
